The rating of an accommodation (such as the number of stars) is communicated to us by the accommodation itself. We therefore do not determine this rating ourselves and do not adjust it.

It is worth noting that the rating given may sometimes differ from the rating on hotelsterren.co.uk. or as used on other platforms such as booking.com.
