How can I cancel my booking, with the hotel or with you?
Directly cancel via the confirmation mail. If you cannot cancel via the button in the e-mail, the cancellation period has expired and it is no longer possible to cancel. It is not possible to cancel a booking at the hotel!
Nearly all our packages can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. You will then be refunded the amount of the package and you will receive a voucher for the booking fee that you can use when making a new booking.
For example, if you have an arrival on Saturday, it must be cancelled by Thursday at 23:59 in most cases. Cancelling after the cancellation deadline is always a matter for your travel or cancellation insurance.
