What does it cost to list my hotel?
Listing is free. No set-up costs and no fixed monthly charges. You pay commission only on bookings that are actually realised. No bookings means no costs. The risk sits with us.
How quickly will my hotel be live?
Once the package is agreed, we can move fast. We take care of most of the set-up, the copy and the presentation. You check that everything is correct and make sure availability is in place. That keeps the process simple and gets your hotel live quickly.
How much work is it for my team?
Very little. Our back-office team handles the technical connection and makes sure you know exactly what is needed. Availability runs through your own channel manager and bookings land straight in your PMS. We write the copy and build the presentation; your team checks it and stays in control.
Which channel managers do you connect with?
We connect with every channel manager, including SiteMinder, D-EDGE and Cubilis. If you work with a different system, our back-office team will work out how to connect. And if you have no channel manager, you can manage everything yourself through our extranet.
Do I stay in control of my own availability?
Yes, completely. You manage availability through your own channel manager, exactly as you do for your other sales channels. You decide when and how much availability you offer through ViaLuxury.
Will this eat into my direct bookings?
ViaLuxury complements your existing sales channels. Our guests are not only searching by hotel or destination, they are inspired by the experience as a whole. That puts your hotel in front of guests who might otherwise never have found you directly. And because the package covers far more than a night's stay, it is not directly comparable with your standard room rate.
What do you expect from me?
We like to keep it simple. Together we agree on the package, after which you take care of the right availability and a good experience during the stay. We take on as much of the work as we can, from advice and presentation through to promotion.
