If I cancel will I get my money back

If you cancel within the cancellation period you will be refunded the amount of the package, for the booking fee you will receive a discount code.

If you have chosen the lowest rate, you cannot cancel. By default, cancellation is on for a small surcharge, if you turn this option off during booking, the booking really cannot be cancelled.


You can cancel by using the button in the confirmation e-mail, if this button no longer works then the booking cannot be cancelled at ViaLuxury. If you have ongoing travel insurance or have taken out cancellation insurance then you may be able to turn to them
