Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your booking within the cancellation period. This means you can usually cancel up to 24, 48 or 72 hours before the day of arrival. you can find the cancellation deadline on our website in the step where you select your room.

If you cancel within the deadline, you will receive a refund of the amount of the package and a voucher for the booking fee.

If you have already made a booking, you will also find the cancellation period in the e-mail with your booking confirmation and you will also find a button here with which you can cancel the booking immediately.
