The hotel is asking me to pay (again) on arrival. What do I do?
If the hotel asks you to pay for your package again, do not do so before contacting our customer service team. Your package has already been paid for through ViaLuxury. Call or app us directly from the hotel. We will solve this together with the hotel — in most cases, it is a communication error that we can fix quickly.
Any items that you purchase from the hotel outside the package itself you must do pay at check-out. This also applies to tourist tax, sometimes you pay this at check-in sometimes at check-out.
