I have booked and paid but so far have not received any confirmation.
There are a number of possibilities:
Something went wrong during the booking process and no reservation was made. In this case, the payment was automatically returned to the account number or credit card used to pay. No reservation was made. To make a reservation, you must go through the booking process again.
An incorrect email address was used. In this case, a booking did take place.
In all these cases, you can send a message via the “Contact us” button at the bottom of the page to check what applies to you. Sometimes the confirmation e-mail ends up in your spam or junk mail. So always check there before contacting us.
