How can I cancel my booking, with the hotel or with you?
Direct cancellation can be made via the confirmation mail.
If the cancellation cannot be made via the button in the mail then the cancellation period has expired and it is no longer possible to cancel. Almost all our packages can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. You will then be refunded the amount of the package and you will receive a voucher for the booking fee to be used for a new booking. For example, if you have an arrival on Saturday, this must be cancelled by Thursday at 23.59 in most cases.
Cancellation after the cancellation deadline is always a matter for your travel or cancellation insurance.
