How does ViaLuxury determine the rating of an accommodation?

Nice that you are interested in our offerings! We find it important to be transparent towards our customers, and feedback helps us to keep the information as clear and up-to-date as possible.

The rating of an accommodation (such as the number of stars) is communicated to us by the accommodation itself. We therefore do not determine this rating ourselves and do not adjust it.

It is worth noting that the rating given may sometimes differ from the rating on hotelsterren.co.uk. or as used on other platforms such as booking.com.
