A goodie box is a promotional package which we have put together with a number of producers. What's in the box is still a surprise but it will consist of both physical and digital products and vouchers

Do I get the box immediately

No, you will receive the box after your stay but not before mid-March

How do you send the box

We will send the box to the address you used in the booking

Can I combine the code for the box with a discount code

You can choose between the surprise or the discount

I entered the code but I don't see on the booking confirmation that I get the box

If you entered the code you will see it on the so-called receipt but not in the confirmation e-mail indeed. In our systems, however, the code does appear in your booking

I forgot to enter the code when booking, can I still join

Send a message to our customer service team and we will check whether you meet the conditions for the promotion and then add you to the promotion. This is only possible on the day of your booking.
