• These promotion terms and conditions apply to promotion ‘Get a chance to win an e-bike with your stay at Carlton President from 1/6/24- to 31/8/24". This competition is organised by Advalley BV, Keizersgracht 62, 1015 CS Amsterdam, to promote ViaLuxury and hotel Carlton President.
• This promotion runs from 1 June 2024 00.00 hrs until 31 August 2024, 23.59 hrs.
• Participation is only possible if the participant has his/her actual residence in the Netherlands or Belgiumë and is 18 years of age or older. At the request of the organiser, the participant will prove to be 18 years or older.
• Participation is by booking with ViaLuxury via the promotion page www.vialuxury.com/win-ebike a hotel stay at Carlton President in Utrecht én actually making use of the booking (i.e. not cancelling) between 1 June and 31 August 2024.
• ViaLuxury reserves the right to ask the participant to show the original invoice of the ViaLuxury booking upon request.
• The following prizes will be made available for this promotional game of chance: a Cortina E-Nite worth ± €2,500.
• The costs for insurance, maintenance & replacement parts e-bike, accessories and costs electricity/recharging will be at your own expense.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• The drawing of the winning participant will take place within two weeks after the end of the campaign period, being no later than 15 September 2024.
• The winner will be informed of his/her prize by ViaLuxury no later than two weeks after the draw unless the situation occurs as in article 16.
• Prize winner will cooperate in promotional activities, privacy protection will be observed. No correspondence can be entered into about the results.
• The prize will be presented to prize winner in Utrecht (Carlton President hotel) in September 2024.
• The prize winner may be announced via ViaLuxury & Carlton President social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram, until no later than 2 (two) months after the end of this promotion.
• The winner's details will be recorded in a file by ViaLuxury. The personal data, including the email address, will be used exclusively to inform winner about the award of the prize.
• The gaming tax due is paid by organiser.
• Excluded from participation are all employees of ViaLuxury, as well as others directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or working at participating hotels.
• Organiser reserves the right, in case of the protection of public health or a temporary ban by governmental authorities by e.g. Covid, to reschedule the ViaLuxury prize ceremony and organise it at a later date.
• Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of the promotion terms and conditions. Contestation of these promotion terms and conditions will not be considered.
