How the Bonus hotel gift card works

How does it work and what are the conditions of the bonus promotion when you purchase a gift card?

If you purchase a ViaLuxury Hotel Gift Card during our bonus promotion period, you will receive additional discount code(s) for free. 

Bonus discount:

  • Buy a gift card €50 – then you will receive a bonus code of €15
  • Buy a gift card €100 – you will receive a bonus code of €25
  • Buy a gift card €200 – then you will receive a bonus of €60, through 2 codes of €30 each

For purchases of gift cards with a value of €300 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of €120, through 3 codes of €40 each. So:

  • Buying a gift card €300 – you will receive a bonus of €120, using 3 codes of €40 each

  • Buy a gift card €400 – and you will receive a bonus of €120, using 3 codes of €40 each
    • .
  • Buy a gift card €500 – you will receive a bonus of €120, through 3 codes of €40 each

The bonus discount applies per gift card purchased. This means that depending on how you purchase the gift cards you may get different bonus discount codes. 

Bonus promotion period is from 4/11 to 5/12

Receipt of bonus codes
The bonus codes will be sent within 48 hours (on business days) after purchasing the ViaLuxury Hotel Gift Card to the email address used to place the order.

In the case of orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and/or Sunday, this will result in dispatch of the promised bonus codes on the following Monday. 

Validity of bonus codes
The bonus code(s) is/are valid until 31 December 2026 and can be used together with your gift card, so that you immediately benefit from double advantage on a luxury package.

You can use ééone bonus code per booking.

The bonus code is not valid in combination with other offers.

The bonus code is a fixed discount amount on the package amount. The total discount is shown on the receipt during the booking process as a reduction amount and always applies to the package amount, excluding booking fees and any extra’s.

Have you cancelled a booking where a bonus code was used when paying. Then the bonus code will be reactivated and can be used on a subsequent booking. 

The bonus code is not valid for ‘Choose your own length of stay’ packages.
