• The Sawiday promotion period runs from 1 April 2023 to 30 April 2023. Your purchase from Sawiday must be made within this time frame to be eligible for a free hotel giftcard.
• As a customer you are eligible for één Giftcard worth €500,- if you place an order for a complete bathroom and/or toilet in één of our showroom and the order value is higher than €5000,-.
• The €500,- gift card you will receive in the showroom after you have agreed to the order and a down payment has been made.
• By a complete bathroom or toilet we mean an order consisting of at least four products that fall under another category (accessories excluded). As an example, you can think of één tap, één washbasin, één vanity unit and één shower cabin. In the case of a toilet, you can think of één toilet, één concealed cistern, één fountain tap and tiles as an example.
• Sawiday employees reserve the right to determine whether the order meets the term complete bathroom.
• Specific packages have been selected from which to choose with an original value of €500.00 or more. These packages can be found on ViaLuxury.com/Sawiday500 and can be booked at no additional cost with the hotel giftcard worth €500,-.
• The hotel gift card can also be redeemed on all packages available on ViaLuxury.com.
• The gift card has a maximum value of €500,-. This amount will be deducted from the total price including booking fees, after using the gift card code.
• If the total amount payable is less than the value of the gift card, no residual value will remain. Any residual value will expire in its entirety once the gift card has been used.
• On = gone and full = full
• The original value of the package is determined among others on the basis of fluctuating hotel room rates and (average) values of the components present in the total package. These are indicative as they may vary daily due to various factors such as seasonal influences.
• Business customers are only eligible for the €50,- gift card.

• As Sawiday staff, you are not eligible for this promotion.
• The gift card is valid until 30 June 2024. Booking with the gift card can be done until 30 June 2024. Stays can be made until 30 June 2025.
• Sawiday provides ééone digital hotel gift card per customer/household, this also applies to multiple purchases. With multiple purchases, you will therefore receive no additional gift cards.
• If an order is cancelled or products are returned, the gift card will be declared invalid. If the gift card has already been used for a reservation at ViaLuxury prior to cancellation or return, the value of the gift card will be charged.
• Sawiday and ViaLuxury reserve the right to invalidate gift cards issued, if abuse is suspected.
• Per reservation, a maximum of 1 hotel gift card can be redeemed on ViaLuxury.com. This can only be done by entering the code in the check-out during the booking process.
• ViaLuxury.com reserves the right to exclude certain promotions and offers from the Sawiday hotel giftcard promotion.
• The gift card value is not redeemable in cash.
• The hotel giftcard is not redeemable on single hotel nights. Only on hotel packages.
  A stay is always based on 2 persons, unless otherwise indicated.
• The packages can only be booked on the days available in the calendar. Other arrival days are not possible.
• The discount you see with the package is determined based on fluctuating hotel room rates. These are indicative as they may vary daily due to various factors such as seasonal influences.
• Do you have special dietary requirements please indicate this in the comments field while making the reservation.
• The price does not include local city and/or tourist tax(s) and any extras. You will pay these upon arrival at the hotel.
• You can make use of the flexible (cancellation) conditions as stated on the website.
• There is a limited number of packages per participating hotel available for this special promotion. OP=OP and full is full.
