The historic estate of Bilderberg Hotel de Bilderberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Veluwe forest. Enjoy the stunning views or take a walk through the beautiful countryside. Want to go shopping or soak up culture in Arnhem? You can reach the centre of Arnhem by bus or car within 15 minutes. The most famous attraction in this city is of course Burgers’ Zoo, but what about the Eusebius church with its glass balcony? The balcony hangs 63 metres high and from here you can admire the exterior of the tower.

This comfortable double hotel room makes for a pleasant stay. The hotel room is equipped with 2 single beds or a Kingsize bed, a TV, desk, bath or shower and free WiFi.

The famous Bilderberg Breakfast provides a healthy and versatile start to the day. Various fresh products are served, such as artisanal bread from Vlaamsch Broodhuys, organic dairy, natural juices, and homemade jams. You can enjoy breakfast in the restaurant, weekdays from 07:00 to 10:00, and weekends from 07:30 to 10:30.

You can use the indoor pool during your stay. The pool is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00. Swimwear is mandatory.

As a hotel guest, you can use the sauna and the Turkish steam bath. These facilities are open daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Swimwear is mandatory in both the pool and the wellness area. Please note: the steam cabin is temporarily out of order.

How can I cancel? +

I want to cancel a package
You can cancel your booking within the cancellation period, in which case you will receive a refund of the package amount and a voucher for the booking fee. You will find the cancellation deadline in the third step of the booking process. Via the 'cancel booking' button in the booking confirmation e-mail, you can cancel the booking yourself if you are still within the cancellation period.

Nearly all our packages can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. However, for some packages this is 48 or 72 hours before the day of arrival. The time of arrival does not matter for the cancellation period.

Can the package also be booked for more than one person? +

Great that you want to book multiple arrangements! That is certainly possible. An arrangement is for 2 people. In the second step of the booking process, you can add as many rooms to your booking as are available.

Each room you add is essentially an extra arrangement for two people.

How can I change the date of my booking? +

It is unfortunately not possible to change a booking (date). You must first cancel the existing booking via the 'cancel' button. You will find this button in the e-mail with the booking confirmation, which you received immediately after payment of your reservation. Can't find it? Check your junk mail and/or spam to be sure.

I want to stay longer +

If you want to book an extra night you can, provided that we also offer the corresponding package for 1 night, book consecutively to your other booking. The same applies if you want to book two additional nights. If we do not offer the package for one night on the site, you can do this through the hotel. You pay the normal hotel rate. So unfortunately not with our valid discount.

For Room only bookings it is advisable to check availability via the website. It is however necessary to make a new booking.

I want to customize the package +

It is not possible to adjust the package. However, there are a number of extras that can be booked during the booking process. The package cannot be changed in terms of duration and content. If you want to come with more than two people, you can add extra packages in the second step of the booking process.
