Thus, from the hotel you can take a beautiful bike ride along the romantic river Vecht, towards Breukelen. Along the Vecht are beautiful old villages and it is full of monumental villas. For example, the village of Maarssen is known for its castles with gardens, parks, country houses, coach houses and vaulted teahouses.
Another tip for a day out is Kasteel de Haar, the largest castle in the Netherlands, about 6 km from the hotel. Here you can stroll through the beautiful gardens and participate in a tour of the impressive castle.

The hotel has a free enclosed bicycle storage, if you have an expensive bike and you do not want to park it outside, you can safely park your bike in the hotel, ask at the reception!

Bus takes you in 15 to 20 minutes in the center of Utrecht (bus stop 200 meters). This vibrant city is the beating heart of the Netherlands. So you can enjoy the wellness facilities in peace, security and privacy. For € 29.50 you can use the whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath for an hour. This includes 2 bathrobes, slippers and 2 delicious mocktails. You can book this in advance at the hotel or on site. The gym and the pool/snooker/billiard room are free to use, however.
