Hotel Martin’s Brussels EU is open and operates according to government guidelines. Thus, of course, it is working according to the 1.5-meter measure. Some facilities may still be (partially) closed (spa/fitness/restaurant/bar). To minimize contact and contamination, your room will not be cleaned during your stay. Clean towels etc. are available at the reception.

In Brussels you can of course enjoy shopping, but even if you don't feel like shopping don't miss the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert! It is one of the city's most beautiful architectural gems with royal allure. These galleries are mainly home to luxury products and some cafes and eateries. Recommended is Pierre Marcolini's delicious chocolate!

Botanical garden

Just a little outside the shopping area and a little further from Manneke Pis, you will find the Botanical Garden of Brussels. It is an herb garden in which there is also a beautiful structure. Nice to take a walk through!

Did you know that you can discover comics all over Brussels? Throughout the city you will find murals of famous cartoons. So don't be alarmed if you suddenly come across Lucky Luke or Tintin! How can I cancel? +

I want to cancel a package
You can cancel your booking within the cancellation period, in which case you will receive a refund of the package amount and a voucher for the booking fee. You will find the cancellation deadline in the third step of the booking process. Via the 'cancel booking' button in the booking confirmation e-mail, you can cancel the booking yourself if you are still within the cancellation period.

Nearly all our packages can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. However, for some packages this is 48 or 72 hours before the day of arrival. The time of arrival does not matter for the cancellation period.

Can the package also be booked for more than one person? +

Great that you want to book multiple arrangements! That is certainly possible. An arrangement is for 2 people. In the second step of the booking process, you can add as many rooms to your booking as are available.

Each room you add is essentially an extra arrangement for two people.

How can I change the date of my booking? +

It is unfortunately not possible to change a booking (date). You must first cancel the existing booking via the 'cancel' button. You will find this button in the e-mail with the booking confirmation, which you received immediately after payment of your reservation. Can't find it? Check your junk mail and/or spam to be sure.

I want to stay longer +

If you want to book an extra night you can, provided that we also offer the corresponding package for 1 night, book consecutively to your other booking. The same applies if you want to book two additional nights. If we do not offer the package for one night on the site, you can do this through the hotel. You pay the normal hotel rate. So unfortunately not with our valid discount.

For Room only bookings it is advisable to check availability via the website. It is however necessary to make a new booking.

I want to customize the package +

It is not possible to adjust the package. However, there are a number of extras that can be booked during the booking process. The package cannot be changed in terms of duration and content. If you want to come with more than two people, you can add extra packages in the second step of the booking process.
