Due to the unique location of the estate, surrounded by forests and situated on one of the highest dunes in our country, spending holidays here is pure enjoyment! Enjoy both the sea view and delicious homemade dishes in the restaurant. Let yourself be surprised by the authentic style, combined with all the modern luxuries. It was designed by architects Van Gendt, according to the principles of the Amsterdam School. The building materials were transported by the steam tram Bello and then had to be brought up by horse and cart. Many luxurious materials were used, such as tile panels, marble, woodcarvings, and stained glass windows.

In addition to enjoying the architecture of the hotel, you can also take advantage of all the opportunities for cycling or hiking in the adjacent North Holland Dune Reserve. This is one of the largest nature reserves in our country. The bustling heart of the village of Bergen is known for its many boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Here you can shop to your heart's content, stroll around, or enjoy a terrace. In this artists' village, you will also find the well-known Kranenburgh Museum, where you can admire art from 1900 to the present. We would like to inform you that there is no elevator in the hotel. For rooms on higher floors, the stairs must be used. The restaurant is open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday, and you can also have lunch at the hotel during these days. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. From Wednesday to Sunday, it is open from 11:00 AM (closing time is at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday). On Friday and Saturday, the restaurant is open until 9:00 PM, including for dinner (Please make reservations in advance).
