Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome and stay in a comfortable room surrounded by the rolling green hills of the Voer region. Your room is available from 2:00 PM, and we kindly ask you to check in before 4:00 PM at the latest, so that everything can run smoothly for this special evening.
In the evening, step aboard a comfortable transfer that will take you to the vibrant heart of Maastricht in approximately 20 minutes. The transfer will drop you off at the Markt, approximately a 5-minute walk from Vrijthof. The transfer will drop you off at the Markt, approximately a 5-minute walk from Vrijthof. This allows you to arrive in the lively city centre relaxed and carefree, without having to worry about parking or navigating. After the concert, it is approximately a 5-minute walk from Vrijthof back to the pick-up point at the Markt, where the transfer will be waiting for you. With the final notes of André Rieu still lingering in your mind, the driver will comfortably take you back to Hotel De Kommel. A wonderful end to an enchanting evening filled with music and atmosphere. You will receive all practical information about the transfer and the exact pick-up point upon check-in at the hotel.

I want to cancel a package
You can cancel your booking within the cancellation period, in which case you will receive a refund of the package amount and a voucher for the booking fee. You will find the cancellation deadline in the third step of the booking process. Via the 'cancel booking' button in the booking confirmation e-mail, you can cancel the booking yourself if you are still within the cancellation period.
Nearly all our packages can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. However, for some packages this is 48 or 72 hours before the day of arrival. The time of arrival does not matter for the cancellation period.
Great that you want to book multiple arrangements! That is certainly possible. An arrangement is for 2 people. In the second step of the booking process, you can add as many rooms to your booking as are available.

It is unfortunately not possible to change a booking (date). You must first cancel the existing booking via the 'cancel' button. You will find this button in the e-mail with the booking confirmation, which you received immediately after payment of your reservation. Can't find it? Check your junk mail and/or spam to be sure.
If you want to book an extra night you can, provided that we also offer the corresponding package for 1 night, book consecutively to your other booking. The same applies if you want to book two additional nights. If we do not offer the package for one night on the site, you can do this through the hotel. You pay the normal hotel rate. So unfortunately not with our valid discount.
For Room only bookings it is advisable to check availability via the website. It is however necessary to make a new booking.
It is not possible to adjust the package. However, there are a number of extras that can be booked during the booking process. The package cannot be changed in terms of duration and content. If you want to come with more than two people, you can add extra packages in the second step of the booking process.
