Stay in the classic standard room. These spacious comfortable rooms of 27 to 30 square meters feature a classic interior and a seating area. All rooms have twin beds. The bathroom consists of 2 separate parts, one with a sink and bathtub and the other with a shower and toilet.
Receive a room upgrade to one of the 35 Ecology rooms. These rooms are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, measuring 24 to 27 square meters with a modern and fresh interior. To limit water consumption, these rooms do not have a bathtub, but you can still enjoy a walk-in rain shower. Bed choice (twin or double) is available upon request.

In addition, there is a heated swimming pool open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, with swimwear mandatory.

The original function of Fort Napoleon could not be fulfilled. Later, the complex was used during the Franco-Prussian War and both World Wars. The fort fell into disrepair and was an illegal party venue in the 1980s and 1990s. Nowadays, the fort is one of the main attractions of Ostend. In the former military stronghold, there are regular events and several restaurants. Let yourself be initiated into the secrets of this unique fort during a guided tour.
At the open-air museum Atlantikwall Raversyde, visitors dive into the daily life of coastal defense during World War II. On display are more than sixty bunkers, underground and aboveground passages, gun emplacements, and a restored Enigma code machine. The highlight of the exhibition is the Saltzwedel-neu battery. Additionally, there are photographs, animations, scale models, and reconstructions, which vividly illustrate the wartime events and coastal defense. The Atlantikwall was built from 1942 to 1944 and aimed to prevent an invasion by the western Allies.
The ship Amandine was built in 1960 and operated daily on fishing trips around Iceland and in the English Channel until 1995. Afterwards, the large trawler was converted into a museum that is open year-round. Visit the ship and learn more about fishing and its exciting voyages along the south coast of Iceland in the interior spaces. Thanks to its interactive setup, the museum is particularly popular among children.

I want to cancel a package
You can cancel your booking within the cancellation period, in which case you will receive a refund of the package amount and a voucher for the booking fee. You will find the cancellation deadline in the third step of the booking process. Via the 'cancel booking' button in the booking confirmation e-mail, you can cancel the booking yourself if you are still within the cancellation period.
Nearly all our packages can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. However, for some packages this is 48 or 72 hours before the day of arrival. The time of arrival does not matter for the cancellation period.

It is unfortunately not possible to change a booking (date). You must first cancel the existing booking via the 'cancel' button. You will find this button in the e-mail with the booking confirmation, which you received immediately after payment of your reservation. Can't find it? Check your junk mail and/or spam to be sure.
If you want to book an extra night you can, provided that we also offer the corresponding package for 1 night, book consecutively to your other booking. The same applies if you want to book two additional nights. If we do not offer the package for one night on the site, you can do this through the hotel. You pay the normal hotel rate. So unfortunately not with our valid discount.
For Room only bookings it is advisable to check availability via the website. It is however necessary to make a new booking.
It is not possible to adjust the package. However, there are a number of extras that can be booked during the booking process. The package cannot be changed in terms of duration and content. If you want to come with more than two people, you can add extra packages in the second step of the booking process.
