Spijkenisse is the largest town on the South Holland island of Voorne-Putten. Less than half an hour's drive from Zeeland and Rotterdam, the island offers all the ingredients for a few days in the great outdoors. Lots of water, 35 kilometers of beach, impressive nature, vast polders, characteristic villages and interesting towns with lots of cultural-historical heritage. This island is a hidden green pearl in the busy industrial environment of Rotterdam and its ports. Upon arrival, many people do not expect what nature, history and space this island has to offer. I want to cancel a package
You can cancel your booking within the cancellation period, in which case you will receive a refund of the package amount and a voucher for the booking fee. You will find the cancellation deadline in the third step of the booking process. Via the 'cancel booking' button in the booking confirmation e-mail, you can cancel the booking yourself if you are still within the cancellation period.
Nearly all our packages can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. However, for some packages this is 48 or 72 hours before the day of arrival. The time of arrival does not matter for the cancellation period.

It is unfortunately not possible to change a booking (date). You must first cancel the existing booking via the 'cancel' button. You will find this button in the e-mail with the booking confirmation, which you received immediately after payment of your reservation. Can't find it? Check your junk mail and/or spam to be sure.
If you want to book an extra night you can, provided that we also offer the corresponding package for 1 night, book consecutively to your other booking. The same applies if you want to book two additional nights. If we do not offer the package for one night on the site, you can do this through the hotel. You pay the normal hotel rate. So unfortunately not with our valid discount.
For Room only bookings it is advisable to check availability via the website. It is however necessary to make a new booking.
It is not possible to adjust the package. However, there are a number of extras that can be booked during the booking process. The package cannot be changed in terms of duration and content. If you want to come with more than two people, you can add extra packages in the second step of the booking process.
