Should I cancel with the hotel or with ViaLuxury
You cancel with us, the easiest way is by using the button in your confirmation e-mail. If the button does not work, the cancellation period has expired and your package can no longer be cancelled.
If you have lost your confirmation e-mail, please call our customer service immediately. We will then cancel the package for you if it is still within the cancellation period.
Since November 2024, we have slightly modified the cancellation process. You now choose whether you want to add the cancel option to your booking or book at the lowest rate. At that lowest rate, there is no cancellation option even if you accidentally click the wrong date or something.
If you are closed, please fill out the form.
If customer service is closed, fill in the contact form and we will take the time of receipt of that form as the time of cancellation to determine whether the cancellation is free of charge. Of course, you may also call the hotel in this case but they will also refer to us.
