Where and how do I pay for my package?

You pay for your package in full via ViaLuxury at the time of booking, or via the payment link you receive from us. The hotel will receive confirmation from us and will never ask you to re-pay your package on the spot or in advance — that has already been arranged.

If you have booked with the "Pay Later" option, the payment link will be in the booking confirmation or in 1 of the maximum 3 reminders. These reminders are sent by email from [email protected] and not via whatsapp or SMS. On the last day the payment can be made, we will also contact you by phone if the payment has not yet been received.

Any extras you buy at the hotel outside the package (such as extra drinks, spa or parking) you pay directly to the hotel at departure.
