How can I be sure my booking is confirmed?
Directly after completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from ViaLuxury at the e-mail address you provided. This e-mail contains your booking number, the hotel, your arrival and departure dates and a summary of your package. Still haven't received anything after 15 minutes? Check your spam folder/unwanted messages.
