Tip: Add wellness to your booking!

When finalizing your booking, you can choose to add a day or evening entry to the wellness facilities at Badhuys TerWorm. The Wellness of Badhuys Terworm is located in Hotel Heerlen, just 500 meters walking distance from Hotel TerWorm. The wellness offers various saunas, each one unique. Experience a salt stone sauna (70 degrees), steam bath (48 degrees), herbal and light therapy sauna (60 degrees), and a Finnish sauna (90 degrees). Unique is the ice lounge with stalagmite ice fountain and snow shower, located next to the Finnish sauna. Relaxation can be found in the cozy indoor rest area with a fireplace or on the outdoor terrace.

As a hotel guest, you can obtain an entrance pass at the hotel reception. An entrance pass includes the use of a wellness towel. The use of swimwear is not permitted. Adults only!

The wellness is open daily from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. During holidays and vacation periods, opening hours may vary.

The sommelier is ready to enhance each dish with a carefully selected wine recommendation. Please note: the restaurant is closed on Sundays. If you arrive on a Sunday, dinner will be served on Monday.

I want to cancel a package
You can cancel your booking within the cancellation period, in which case you will receive a refund of the package amount and a voucher for the booking fee. You will find the cancellation deadline in the third step of the booking process. Via the 'cancel booking' button in the booking confirmation e-mail, you can cancel the booking yourself if you are still within the cancellation period.

Nearly all our packages can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. However, for some packages this is 48 or 72 hours before the day of arrival. The time of arrival does not matter for the cancellation period.

Can the package also be booked for more than one person? +

Great that you want to book multiple arrangements! That is certainly possible. An arrangement is for 2 people. In the second step of the booking process, you can add as many rooms to your booking as are available.

Each room you add is essentially an extra arrangement for two people.

How can I change the date of my booking? +

It is unfortunately not possible to change a booking (date). You must first cancel the existing booking via the 'cancel' button. You will find this button in the e-mail with the booking confirmation, which you received immediately after payment of your reservation. Can't find it? Check your junk mail and/or spam to be sure.

I want to stay longer +

If you want to book an extra night you can, provided that we also offer the corresponding package for 1 night, book consecutively to your other booking. The same applies if you want to book two additional nights. If we do not offer the package for one night on the site, you can do this through the hotel. You pay the normal hotel rate. So unfortunately not with our valid discount.

For Room only bookings it is advisable to check availability via the website. It is however necessary to make a new booking.

I want to customize the package +

It is not possible to adjust the package. However, there are a number of extras that can be booked during the booking process. The package cannot be changed in terms of duration and content. If you want to come with more than two people, you can add extra packages in the second step of the booking process.
