Hiking

Hooge Heyde is located near the Kempense Heuvelrug. The Kempense Heuvelrug is widely known in the Kempen and beyond as the largest relief in the region. Enjoy ice cream on the ice cream route, follow the Prinsenroute for a generous portion of nature, fascinating heritage and atmospheric Kempen spots or cycle past beautiful mills with the mill route.

Mountain bike trail

In Kasterlee, the mountain bike course is made up of three contiguous loops marked with a colored triangle. If you ride all three tours, you will have a total of 37.7 kilometers in your legs. It is a varied route with steep climbs, curves and narrow paths interspersed in a flat, rural and wooded environment.
