The Vermeer Center Delft is the only place in the world where you can admire the complete oeuvre of Vermeer in full size (reproductions). Prinsenhof Delft Museum

One of the most significant events in Dutch history took place at the Prinsenhof Delft Museum: the assassination of William of Orange. In 1572, William of Orange took up residence in the St. Agatha monastery, which was later renamed Prinsenhof (the current Prinsenhof Delft Museum). On July 10, 1584, he was assassinated by Balthasar Gerards on his way to his sleeping/working chamber. In the museum, you can still see the assassination hall with the bullet holes in the wall.
