Vierhouten is the Culinary Pearl of the Veluwe, completely surrounded by forests and moors and equipped with a wide and varied range of catering facilities. Every year in early October the Wild Days take place there, the opening of the game season with tastings of various game dishes.
Museum Kröller-Müller
In the heart of the Hoge Veluwe National Park lies the Kröller-Müller museum. In this museum you will find the second largest Van Gogh collection in the world, nearly 90 paintings and over 180 drawings. A walk from the park entrance to the museum is well worth the effort. You might even come across a grazing red deer along the way!
