Under the brand 'Bergisches Wanderland', the region offers two quality long-distance hiking trails and 24 experience trails. On the 'Bergischer Panoramasteig' and the 'Bergischer Weg', you can enjoy Bergisch scenery completely without worries and walk during several daily stages: The paths are seamlessly marked in both directions and regularly monitored by volunteers. In total, however, more than 4,000 kilometres of marked hiking trails can be found in the Bergisches Land, where you can discover and explore the region very well on foot. From short walks to full-day tours, there is something for every hiker and walker. Here you can enjoy fantastic views, relax, experience nature and also discover a lot.
