Roelof and Ilse Visscher started Wijngaard Hof van Twente in 2000. With 5.5 hectares of land, the vineyard is one of the largest vineyards in the Netherlands. To produce the red, white and rosé wines, grapes are grown that thrive in the northern climate. In the Visscher family's yard, the grapes are processed into the Twente wines.
